Verizon company announced in the last Monday that they acquired the web sector of Yahoo Company ,and they have announced that it has reached a deal with Yahoo worth 4,83 billions Dollars ,This deal can be considered as a rescue for Yahoo and strengthen for Verizon company in E-Content Field
Verizon will not acquire the rest of Yahoo's products like its share in e-commerce market and also in Alibaba site and the same thing with Yahoo Japan
The process of abandoning its share with this amount make this deal very cheap , because in 2000 Yahoo's market value was more than 125 Billion Dollars and Microsoft offered to buy Yahoo for $ 45 Billion
